Mrs. Adetola Kolajo is a trained and highly resourceful human resource professional with over 7 years experience.  She is an astute leader with experience in managing diverse teams, career development support, performance management, human resources planning as well as  coordinating multiple projects and generating data analytics for operations support models amongst other capacities.   

She enjoys taking the lead in overseeing the structure of employment protocol and balancing staff requirements with sustainable business growth. 

Adetola has a B.A and Diploma in History and International Studies and History, International Affairs and Strategic Studies respectively from the Lagos State University (LASU). She also has several  professional certifications in HR core processes (2016), HR Management (PCHRM)  -2019 and is an aspiring member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) 

Adetola is passionate about providing support for Non profit organisations in creating awareness for their several fund raising programmes. 

She also enjoys acting in her leisure time and has featured in several stage plays geared towards raising awareness about societal issues.
