1. Donation/Course Purchase  Refund Policy:

a) All donations/course purchase made through our website are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

b) In the event of an error in processing your donation or purchase, such as a duplicate charge or processing of an incorrect amount, please contact us immediately at donorsforafrica@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, if deemed necessary, initiate a refund.

c) If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the donation/purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

2. Event Ticket Refund Policy:

a) If you purchase tickets to an event hosted by Donors for Africa through our website, the ticket purchase is generally non-refundable.

b) In some cases, if the event is canceled or rescheduled by Donors for Africa Foundation, we may offer the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or receive a refund. If such an event occurs, we will contact you via the email address provided during the ticket purchase process with further instructions.

3. Merchandise Refund Policy:

a) If you purchase merchandise (e.g., clothing, accessories) through our website, returns and refunds may be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

b) To initiate a merchandise, return and refund, please contact us at donorsforafrica@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. You may be responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

c) Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling fees, within a reasonable period after we receive the returned item.
