Donors for Africa Foundation is a registered nonprofit with the CAC of Nigeria. We operate from Nigeria, but our work has a global reach.
To build a better world. We do this by increasing access to giving, strengthening the capacity of locally led initiatives to access funds, impact communities, and improve the lives of prospects of everyone in Africa by 2030.
DFA uses the proceeds from donations and sponsorships to carry out the mission of the organization. This translates to fighting poverty at all levels, strengthening the capacity of locally led initiatives and delivering interventions in hard-to-reach communities bringing a conversation about hope and help to millions of people online and thousands of people across Africa. It also involves supporting our annual campaigns, fellowships, and programs for changemakers, donors and stakeholders. The funds raised keep our Resource Tool operating and expanding as we add new resources to our database as well.
The organization is led by a functional Board of Trustees who oversees the activities of the founder, faculty, and team.
